Piscataquis Valley Fair

"New Century - New Grange"
Merna Dunham 943-2353

NEW LOCATION - Dining Hall
Since the Piscataquis Valley Fair has been in existence, the area Granges have been an integral part of this fair. Exhibits must represent a theme chosen by the National Grange, this year being "new Century - New Grange".

Man-hours of dedicated labor are evident in the finished booths, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd ribbons are awarded for the Grange best representing this theme. The Grange is an agricultural family fraternity, welcoming everyone in the family to meet on a common level to participate in inspiration, educational and recreational programs that are offered to all. We work for the welfare of the whole community, thus exemplifying our motto, "In Essentials, Unity; In Non-Essentials, Liberty; In all Things Charity." There are now eleven Granges in Piscataquis County and any one of these would be happy to give an application to an interested person, or to share more information about the Grange.
